Laurie Benson, - Laurie was recently introduced as a Voice for the Voiceless and the title stuck. She has dedicated her life to opening doors to reconnection with ourselves, each other, and all living beings. The question, “What story, or deep wisdom, is living inside of you ready to be shared?” guides her work. Focused on embodiment and the sharing of stories, Laurie believes these two paths lead us to our deepest inner truths, and create a path forward toward unity and compassion.

Rebecca Perkins - Rebecca is a powerful and intuitive coach supporting women in midlife. In the past two years her work has focussed on wellbeing and resilience. She has published a book with her daughter called: Recovery from Within: a mother and daughter’s journey through anorexia shares the understanding that beneath the surface we all have wellbeing, and that when this is understood full recovery is possible. Her expertise lies in guiding clients to discover the freedom to have their own insights for lasting change.

Mary Katherine Morales - also known as MK, is an accomplished university fundraiser, author, speaker, and certified corporate trainer. CEO and Founder of Women Of Principle, she is a visionary leader. Her professional gifts for engaging community leaders and creating high performance cultures are evident in her mission to empower and inspire a community of women to rise to their own call, and courageously embrace their transformation journey to divine significance.

Leading The New Paradigm With Guts And Grace

LeeAnn began her career as an executive coach in 2005, working with leaders and teams around the globe. Yet she soon found something was missing – the body.

In times of upheaval, uncovering the ground in you

Our guest on the podcast this week is Dr Jeffrey Rutstein.

Dr Rutstein, is a clinical psychologist, an expert in the treatment of trauma, a certified Hakomi Mindfulness-Centered Somatic psychotherapist, and a meditation teacher who has been in private practice for over 35 years. He has practiced meditation for over 50 years and that profoundly impacts every aspect of his work. He has devoted his professional life to helping people reduce their suffering and struggle while empowering them to live inspiring and more meaningful lives. 

Listen in as we talk through the global trauma currently sweeping the world, and how we as humans, respond to trauma, which may help you to understand your own response in more nuanced ways.

Being a specialist in healing and releasing trauma, Dr Rutstein helps us to navigate the uncertainties of our current world in practical ways, with tools that anyone can use to self-regulate and uncover the ground within, regardless of how often you may feel as though the ground is shifting beneath your feet.

I found this to be a truly helpful conversation, giving me a larger bandwidth of information to navigate my own responses, in what can often feel like a continuously changing world. I think you’ll really enjoy this deeply informative conversation as much as I did!

Breaking The Cycle Of Harm-doing

Radical Compassion: How listening with compassion can change the world

Our guest on the podcast this week is Cheryl Hanson. Cheryl has had a career in the non-profit sector. She has served with many organizations like African Leadership, Refugees Ministries, World Vision, Second Harvest Food Bank, Feeding America and various other organizations working with different communities of immigrants, the homeless, gang members, and prisoners. She has found in her work, helpful ways to open communication and understanding with others of different races, faiths, politics or orientation.
