Our guest on the podcast this week is my good friend Dorothy Siminovitch, PhD and Master Certified Coach and I have to tell you she is one of the best coaches I know. Dorothy is an international coach, consultant, speaker, and author.
She is founder of the ICF approved Gestalt Coaching Program-Istanbul, and serves as Director of Training and faculty. Dorothy specializes in coaching for signature presence, leadership peak performance, overcoming derailment, and working with high performance leaders, groups, and teams. Her book, A Gestalt Coaching Primer: The Path Toward Awareness IQ, is a core text for practiced coaches and novices alike.
Listen in as we discuss how our capacity for awareness is embedded into everything we do as humans, and when we become aware of something but don’t take action on it, we will later have regret.
Dorothy brings forward a deep wisdom grounded in Gestalt theory, yet she has now travelled beyond, to inspire us to expand our awareness individually and collectively. She quietly encourages us to live within the rhythms of of our lives, to listen deeply to our own interior and be intentional about how we show up and what we evoke in others. Her message is simple yet profound, she speaks of our very human journey of becoming , how we can evolve together as we navigate this moment in time, and use our essential humanness reconnect to the currency of humanity on the workplace.
I was left feeling inspired by Dorothy’s questions and her journey through life, especially as she speaks to what matters most to her moving forward. She shares stories and quotes that we can all learn to live by.
If you’re a coach or consultant who works with people, or just someone interested in fulfilling their potential then I suspect you will learn a lot from Dorothy, especially as you tap into your own capacity to dream, to strengthen your presence and use your life in positive ways to serve the world.

Our guest on the podcast this week is Daniel Levin.
Daniel walked away from an opportunity to run a billion dollar business, to hitchhike around the world to find happiness and inner peace. He studied in a seminary five years and left one day before becoming a Rabbi and he has lived as a Monk in a monastery for 10 years. As Director of Business Development, he grew Hay House from $3,000,000 a year in sales to $100,000,000 a year in revenue.
I can attest to the fact that Daniel is a rare blend of businessman and mystic who sees what others do not see, in fact we met when he was doing something I haven’t seen others do, we came together on his Mosaic podcast where he talks with strangers and had a deep conversation, that I truly enjoyed.
He tells me it has been this quality of seeing what others don’t, that has thrown him into some of the most exclusive boardrooms to help them innovate new ways of finding solutions when the old ways stop working. Daniel is also the author of The Mosaic, a life-changing fable that invites people to listen to those others do not hear, and to see the situations in their life differently.
Listen in to our truly resonant conversation as we dive deeply into the flow of wisdom at it emerged between us. You will hear Daniel give voice to the complexity and mystery of life, the mosaic, the stories and the underlying truth that nothing is as it appears. Refreshingly, he invites us into his world in very simple, accessible and pragmatic ways.
We talked through so many different points of resonance that emerged in our conversation, as we experienced, the experience of our experience together fully (you’ll know what I mean when you listen in!). We talked about the listening revolution, how to listen in ways we can hear what people are really trying to say to us, we talked about running away from pain and how if we can stay in relationship with it, it can actually become the light for us. This felt like a true transmission of heart and soul for me (Daniel’s words) and I concur.
This was deeply insightful conversation that will help you to perceive yourself in more expansive ways, and perhaps leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, awed and perhaps a little haunted by the gaps between the way you’ve been living your life and the vision Daniel brings for what is possible for you. I hope you enjoy this awe-inspiring conversation as much as I did!

Lisa helps entrepreneurs and business owners find their confidence to attract ideal clients and live their success story and she trains coaches to use storytelling as a powerful approach to impact their clients and grow their business.

Listen in as we discuss the power of stories to change our lives and ultimately to change the world.
Highlights include:
Lisa has a really interesting perspective on how we have lost many inter-generational stories over the years, and that through the pandemic we are beginning to remember and bring back this profound form of communication. She is so knowledgeable, with a wealth of experience about how when we raise our awareness to the stories around and within us, we get the opportunity to craft an authentic presence and share our reality. This was such an insightful conversation for me, despite knowing Lisa for over a decade I learned so much in this conversation - I think you will too! Listen in and decide for yourself what stories you need to embrace, live into, and release in 2021!

Jo describes it as “One Big Healing Machine”. He talks with passion of redirecting the value from data to be of benefit to us all, and how as a business leader his intention is to create an experience for people to experience who they truly are, with authenticity and creativity. He espouses keeping a fundamental why at the very heart of everything we do in business and in our own individual journeys asks each of us to consider if there’s a way we can bring nor oof ourselves to work, to bring more purpose into the workplace.
This was a fascinating conversation that will help you understand the threads between connectivity, data, and healing in business. I hope you enjoy this impactful conversation!

47: Standing In The Way To Protect And Defend The Next Generation
Our guest on the podcast this week is Sarah Symons.
Sarah is the founder and Director of Her Future Coalition, an international charity that has helped thousands of girls rise out of poverty and exploitation to become free and independent.
Over the years they have saved thousands of survivors in India, Nepal, Cambodia and Thailand. Most exciting to Sarah is the fact that the survivors who joined our programs a few years ago are now managing the programs, working as trainers and mentors to newly rescued girls. They couldn’t imagine any future at all when they were living in brothels. Now, their dreams are limitless! - Welcome Sarah
Listen in as we discuss how Sarah went from a successful career as a songwriter in the film and tv industry to helping sex trafficking survivors in Nepal and India.
We talk through the traumatic reality that many girls in poor communities are subject to, the web of lies and deceit that can prompt parents to sell their daughters at a young age, how it can become almost ‘normalized’, and the societal problems that create a world where this not only happens but thrives.
She also talks of the joy and hope the survivors bring to her organization, paying it forward to stand in the way for the next generation of girls and women.
The resilience of these girls to me, was staggering after everything they had been through, to be of service to others, to be utterly selfless and committed to make a difference.
I had so many emotions during this conversation, from deep sadness to horror that we live in a world where this is allowed to happen, to the hope, the joy that Sarah brings to an incredibly challenging situation.
I was left feeling moved at a soul level by the work and the relentlessly positive determination to make a difference that runs through Sarah’s organization ‘Her Future Coalition’, and how we can all make a difference. I hope you’ll find the courage to listen, and be moved yourself enough that you might also want to make a difference.

Maybe we’re returning to simpler ways? Not only did Pamela learn how to thrive after loss; she went on to becoming a pioneer in philanthropy.
