Virgo Meditation: Mundane Breathwork

In this meditation, we will be focusing on a classical breathwork technique that allows us to slow down, calm our nervous system, and get present with our day ahead. This simple breathwork technique is called box breathing and is widely used & proven to be a supportive tool for overall wellbeing. Benefits range from lowering stress levels, enhancing mood, gaining clarity, coming back into our bodies, improving sleep, and giving yourself the opportunity to replenish a dedicated reconnection to your sense of self.
