 When life is throwing you endless curveballs and surprises and seems to be moving at a rapid pace, this quote is so critical to feeling happiness and fulfillment through ever changing situations.  It is critical to co-creating your life instead of spinning with anxiety and wanting to just hide out in bed.

You are far more powerful than that - and keeping the stillness centered within you is key to moving through anything with grace and co-creating with it and growing through it.   

In this episode, I give you ways to cultivate stillness.  And encourage you to notice the ways you already care for yourself by cultivating stillness.

This card highlights the importance of us dropping linear time as a measure of success for our lives.  It encourages us to trust our Soul's journey and unfolding and Divine Timing.  Your timing is always perfect. You are never behind.  

Take it easy on yourself and let your world unfold as it's meant to - this is a key to feeling much less stressed about keeping up with others and constantly striving, endlessly and forever.

If you are wondering how to make the biggest change in your life with the least effort - this one is for you :)  10mins or 30 mins a day would be incredible, the only requirement is to be by yourself - read something inspiring, meditate, pull cards, light a candle for sure!  This is a fantastic way to start getting deeper into what your soul wants to express in this world - and to generally hear your intuition more clearly than in the midst of daily activities.  Plus, who doesn't love starting their day off on the right foot? :)
