The crew dives into a number of topical issues. Missouri drivers rating third worst in the nation, a rapper’s tour van being shot up on Highway 40 and railing against a California politician who is feeling heat for campaign finance indiscretions are on the table. Gardner plays audio of the first time Travis used the phrase “pillow sheet” on the program. Trav struggles to read the “Sentence of the Week” yet again. Chris asks what everyone’s plans are for the weekend. Trav is impressed with the comments of Texas U.S. Senate candidate Beto O’Rourke regarding the national anthem protests in the NFL.
