-discuss the fundamental flaws in the current system that will need to change as the market heads in a new direction. The days of quick sales over the weekend to dumb investors is likely over even when interest rates come down. The demand is from end users and the product mix will have to adjust to that. Financing restrictions will have to change to accommodate, building techniques will have to improve and speed up. Few end users can wait years for their homes to be built.
