Salopcast

Its a midweek "Emergency Broadcast" from Salopcast as we talk about another awful home result to a awful Burton, a non sacking, the fan reaction, Season Ticket Refund shenanigans all in the Company of the Shropshire Cricket Podcast "Cow Corner Podcast" Host - James Hurle.

There is anger, frustration, disappointment and more....

Next up the cup... I cant get any worse can it???

Another two game week for Salop and it was another two defeats for Sam Ricketts side. We cover both games in depth as normal, as painful as it might be.

- #rover defeat

Clarke scores in injury time to gift Sam Ricketts all three points.

Glyn and Ollie are back to discuss the 1-1 draw at home to Gillingham.

Town started brightly but couldn't get the much needed win.

We discuss new signings and jump into PAFC away.

This week Salopcast had the chance to go into the club and sit down with Lawrence Ellerby. Lawrence is the Safety Officer at the club and along with Brian Cauldwell and a cast of others had the mad week last week getting arrangements for the 1000 person trial in place.

We give Lawrence a brief introduction to the fans and his role and then move onto the prep for the trial game, the way the day went and the fall out following the change in government advice.

The club got a 10/10 for the trial and the club are also keen to express that was the fans mark too.

We are also joined by Mike Davis the clubs Supporters Lesion Officer with his experience of the process, how they helped get things sorted and some other issues that will need to be addressed.

Apologies for the fridge noise for the first couple of minutes, but after that we stopped and turned off Roland's mini fridge ;)

Fans were let into the Meadow to witness two more defensive errors as Salop gifted all three points to an understrength Northampton side.

We discuss the match experience, in-depth game analysis and interview Lewis Cox about reporting in the covid world.

League football is back!! We bring you our normal league coverage as Salop earn a respectable point on the road at Portsmouth.
