I used to think the past was the past but I have come to realise that there are some things that happen in our lives we may think we have forgotten. In reality though, it has actually shaped our future.

If we don't take accountability for our actions in certain situations, we'll never learn from them.

Sometimes being patient pays off. Things will happen when they are meant to.

Sometimes the most important conversations can be the most difficult to have, but it doesn't mean we should avoid having them.

It bugs me that we are still reluctant to support each other and  work together to to help us progress.
