Tonight we are joined by All Black Captain Sam Cane. Sam has played over 70 games for the All Blacks and was recently made captain. 

During this chat we talk about some of Sam's strategies for dealing with pressure, what he believes it takes to make it at the highest level and what advice he would give to younger players.

I love the honesty and clarity with which Sam answers the questions, he has worked out what he needs to do to be successful and has his own very high standards.
