I speak with Sam Rose, as she opens up about her and her older sister both being diagnosed with a rare, inherited neurological disorder known as Friedreich's Ataxia. We discuss the events that led to the surprising diagnosis, how she feels watching her sister progressively get worse, the way that she expresses her sexuality online, her use of sex workers and how she makes the most of every day as she lives with "1 foot in the grave."
