Alright, let's get into the nitty-gritty – the three P's: Preparation, Practice, and Prove it. Preparation is key, but don't get stuck in planning. Take action, even if it's not perfect. Practice being uncomfortable, y'all. Start small, get comfy with the camera, and keep pushing through. And finally, Prove it to yourself. Show up consistently, even when it scares the heck outta you. This is how you build confidence and beat that fear.

Hey y'all, welcome back to another episode of Samantha's Beauty Confessions. This time, we're getting cozy and personal with a episode titled "Christmas Your Way." I'm sharing a bit of my heart with y'all about the holidays, my experiences, and how we can all find joy in this season, no matter our circumstances.

So, let me start by saying, Merry Christmas, y'all! I hope you're all wrapped up in the warmth of the season, surrounded by love and joy. This time of year always gets me thinking about traditions, family, and how we all celebrate in our unique ways. This episode isn't about my favorite products or beauty tips; it's about something much more personal – our experiences during the holidays.

Growing up, my holidays were a bit of a whirlwind. With divorced parents and grandparents, I bounced back and forth, creating a patchwork of Christmas memories. While I cherished the double celebrations as a kid, as I grew older, I yearned for more stability and consistency. This desire for a stable holiday tradition became even more pronounced after my divorce. Suddenly, the holiday season, which used to be bustling and busy, felt empty and quiet. It made me rethink what Christmas really means to me.

We often get caught up in the idea that holidays are all about family and big gatherings. But the truth is, family doesn't always mean blood relatives. Sometimes, our chosen family, our friends, or even our own company can be just as fulfilling. It's about doing what feels right for you. If that means taking a solo trip during the holidays or just spending a quiet day at home, that's perfectly okay.

This holiday season, I encourage y'all to think about what makes you happy. If the traditional way of celebrating isn't bringing you joy, it's alright to change it up. Create new traditions that resonate with you. Surround yourself with people who support your choices and don't hold grudges if you decide to do things differently. Remember, we're in control of our happiness, and we should spend our lives feeling joy, love, and support.

So, as we wrap up this episode and this year, I hope my little Christmas confession has inspired you to celebrate the holidays in a way that brings you the most joy.

Hey y'all, in this episode of Samantha's Beauty Confessions, I'm diving deep into the art of self-reflection as we approach 2024. It's been a year of highs and lows, and I've learned so much about appreciating my journey, both professionally and personally. I'm sharing this intimate conversation with you, hoping it'll inspire y'all in your own reflections.

First, let's talk about the pressure of the New Year. I admit, I'm not the biggest fan of New Year's because it often brings anxiety and a sense of overwhelm. This feeling, I realized, comes mainly from social media, where everyone's sharing their resolutions and achievements, making me feel like I'm not doing enough. But here's the thing, y'all – we don't need to fall into that trap. This episode is about breaking free from that cycle and learning to appreciate our own pace and achievements.

Now, onto my number one tip for self-appreciation: give yourself the proper amount of time to reflect on the entire year. It's not just about a quick review on December 31st. I've been setting aside a little time each day to remember everything that happened throughout the year. It's shocking how much we forget! When I first tried to recall my achievements, I drew a blank. But, by looking back at photos and notes, I realized I'd accomplished so much more than I gave myself credit for.

One powerful method I found helpful is scrolling through my phone's photos, starting from January. It's amazing to relive those moments and see how far I've come. I encourage y'all to try this – you'll be surprised at the memories and achievements you've overlooked. It's not just about the big milestones; it's about those small, joyful moments that brought happiness throughout the year.

So, as we wrap up 2023, I urge you to make a list of things you want to remember as the new year approaches. It's not overwhelming; just take it month by month. Reflecting on these memories brings immense joy and a sense of pride. And hey, don't forget to tag me if you share your lists online. I'd love to see your accomplishments and support you.
