STYLE: SAISON BRETT ABV: 5.3% Brewed with heavy additions of wheat and oats, Saison de Punch Em was fermented and aged in our Italian Sangiovese casks with our house brett cultures and an expressive French saison yeast. Laid to rest for four months, it was then packaged straight from the barrel and conditioned for an additional month. Bright notes of pears and light spice mingle with a light funky aroma complemented by citrus fruits, hints of coriander, and a gentle acidity.
