A collection of guiding principles from the greatest investors in history that he cowrote with his nephew Tim and daughter Oia.

San is currently focused on real estate investing in multifamily apartments. With a 5-year goal to acquire and actively manage a billion dollar portfolio in the top 10 growth markets like Tampa, Jacksonville, Atlanta, and Dallas.

Prior to Real Estate, San was the cofounder and managing partner of SMC Capital. An early growth private equity firm that was ranked top 30 in China.

San’s current mission in life is coaching his 3 daughters through GenFIRE to achieve Financial Independence. Genfire is an educational platform who’s mission is to empower one million parents and the next generation to achieve Financial Independence.
