The path of learning and scientific research led both Tesla and Pupin to the United States of America where they lived and worked in the field of science, which made them well known throughout the world.

In this episode, Mladen and Kristina talk about the history of Serbian cuisine and its modern iterations, as well as ethno-tourism in Serbia.
The diet in Serbia and among Serbs living around in the world is almost always connected with family gatherings and the enjoyment of food. This is the origin of our national cuisine, which equally considers both nutrition and the pleasure that comes with eating. For tourists who come to Serbia, going to restaurants to try specialties such as ajvar, gibanica, kajmak, vešalica, pljeskavica, kiflice, or Vasina torta, is an unavoidable part of visiting Serbia.
Serbian ethno-tourism is becoming increasingly popular among foreign tourists who remain enchanted by the vivid nature and customs of Serbia. Although located in the heart of Europe, Serbia is one of the few countries in the world that can still offer healthy, clean, and tasty food, as well as exotic rural locations to appeal to tourists looking for a vacation away from civilization, urban life, and technology.
