San Marcos E-Bike Accident, Jury Call Fraud, Passport Renewal

In San Marcos, Sheriff's deputies are working to find the driver who hit a teen on his e-bike and then took off. The San Diego Superior Court says fraudsters are calling people and telling them they missed jury duty and will be arrested if they do not pay up. They court says they will never call to ask for money and they do not threaten arrest. It will now be easier for Americans to renew their passport after the State Department announced that it's online renewal system is now fully operational.
