Jennifer Karuletwa, an eternal student of yoga with 25 years of practice, turned yoga teacher in 2019. She believes yoga is a ritual, integrating the body, mind and spirit to create a sense of santosha (deep seated contentment). Her style is a blend of Hatha + Vinyasa, a balance between breath work and a challenging physical practice tied together with meditation and the spiritual limbs of yoga. Her understanding and passion not only for asana (physical postures), but all the philosophies of yoga are woven throughout her class, as she explains how they can directly become part of day-to-day life. She balances the intensity with self-acceptance and compassion, inviting students to observe and honor what feels good and true for them today.
