Today I’ll share with you the third part of the interview I did with Sara Grdan and Ivan Terrazas, two wonderful tango teachers that I wish I had met earlier. In this third part of the interview we talked about how we, the students, as spectators, develop an ‘educated taste’ based on the performances we watch. We discussed the magical function of the thumb - spoiler alert: There is no magical function - and why do people leave tango? We also talked about one very important thing you need to observe about your teachers when they are in a milonga.
