This week I am joined by Olympian Sara Winther. Sara competed in the 2012 Olympics in London and after failing to qualify for Rio went on to help an Irish sailor who won the silver medal in Rio.

Since then Sara has started studying psychology so like I said to her this is a collection of Athlete, Coach and Mental Skills. 

Sara speaks to the importance of trust and connection with athletes and the pressures that go with being an Olympian, how she handled it then and what she would do if she had her time over.
