Sarah Corbett Lynch has published her remarkable account of her life, including her father’s death in the US home they shared with his wife and her step-mother, Molly Martens.

Sarah’s memoir, called; A Time for Truth: A Daughter’s Search for Justice and Healing, details the moments leading up to Jason Corbett’s death in North Carolina in August 2015.

Molly Martens and her father Thomas Martens, a former FBI agent, were released from prison last year after pleading guilty to manslaughter of the Limerick man.

In November 2023, the pair had convictions for second-degree murder overturned and accepted a plea deal of voluntary manslaughter.

Sarah’s memoir, which draws on diaries she has kept since she was eight years old, is being described as 'raw, powerful and inspirational'.
