Hope and perseverance. Few motors drive the human being so much, few lights guide us with that intensity on difficult days like these two qualities. They are present in athletes, in people who do not give up and advance every day overcoming obstacles and also, of course, in dreamers, in those who make the impossible possible.

La esperanza es la brújula de la vida y la perseverancia, el motor que nos empuja en medio de la tormenta para no rendirnos, para seguir avanzando confiando en un futuro mejor.

Respecting your partner implies accepting and admiring her/him for what he/she is. Do not try to change or mold it at your convenience.

We all agree that respect in a relationship is essential. However, in the course of our own relationships we often overlook behaviors that are completely harmful.

Perhaps it is because the attachment to our partner prevents us from seeing reality or perhaps it is that we have not stopped to think about everything that respecting the other implies. In any case, we are often recipients or executors of actions that give rise to a lack of respect for the person with whom we share life.

We must remember that without respect there is no love. At least not a healthy one.

Qué implica el respeto en una relación.

Respetar a tu pareja implica aceptarla y admirarla por lo que es. No tratar de cambiarla ni moldearla a tu conveniencia.

Todos concordamos en que el respeto en una relación es fundamental. Sin embargo, en el transcurso de nuestras propias relaciones muchas veces pasamos por alto comportamientos que resultan completamente nocivos.

Tal vez sea porque el apego hacia nuestro compañero nos impide ver la realidad o quizás es que no nos hemos detenido a pensar en todo lo que implica respetar al otro. En cualquier caso, con frecuencia somos receptores o ejecutores de acciones que desprenden una falta de respeto hacia la persona con quien compartimos la vida.

Debemos recordar que, sin respeto, no existe el amor. Al menos no uno saludable.
