If you're human, there've been times you phucked up. We've all done it. The challenge is to not keep repeating it.

Today I'm talking about the concept of Life Patterns and a few Pattern Disrupters you can use to stop making repeated mistakes in your life.

There are several companies touting their nasal spray products as effective against Covid 19 and as an adjunct therapy to the vaccine. Here are the products currently on or trying to come to market:

Sanotize: Approved in Israel and Bahrain, New Zealand (pending)

Zlear: Petitioning FDA for Emergency Authorization

Viraleze: For Sale in UK at Lloyds Pharmacy

Taffix: Already on Market in Israel

And there are others awaiting approval from governing bodies for authorization to be used for Covid 19. Not in lieu of vaccines, but in addition to them.
