You ever ask yourself why you can't tell people NO, FUCK NO?? Why can't we accept it as well?? Our children, grandchildren, parents, grandparents, friends ... EMPLOYERS!!! WHY???

Cold weather, ice, snow, layers of clothes, more indoors, less outdoors....No beaches, pools, rivers, water parks, less clothing, car/truck problems, commute problems....LESS SUNSHINE = NEGATIVE MENTAL & PHYSICAL HEALTH!!

When we need help, direction, guidance who do you go-to and why? Is it because you're related, grew up together, work together....WHAT IT IS AND WHY?? IF THEY LIVE A SIMILAR LIFE IN ALIGNMENT TO ONE YOU WANT TO GET OUT OF, CHANGE...THEN WHY DO YOU SEEK "ADVICE" FROM THEM?? ASK YOURSELVES WHY!!! YOU WILL FIND YOUR ANSWERS THERE!!

I thank GOD for gifting me with the ability, skills and mind to read through almost anyone IMMEDIATELY!!! IT'S NOT OVER ANALYZATION, IT'S NOT OVERTHINKING.... IT'S DIALED YOUR ASS IN AND I CAN READ RIGHT THROUGH YOUR BULLSHIT ( AND MOST OF YOU KNOW IT) FOR THE SAME REASON IT DRAWS PEOPLE IN... IT KEEPS OTHER PEOPLE AWAY!! ONE THING THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN IS YOU WILL NOT MANIPULATE, BULLY CONTROL, INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE.... I ALWAYS KNOW!! GOD HAS GIFTED ME TO BE A HUMAN LIE DETECTOR TEST!!

So many people cannot relate, comprehend, understand those of us who live "LESS IS MORE" DISCIPLINED, DELIBERATE, IN LIVE ACTION....THE REASON IS BECAUSE YOUR MIND, LIFE IS OCCUPIED, FILLED WITH OTHER DISTRACTIONS LIKE.... CHAOS, STRESS, UNHAPPINESS, DRAMA, LAZINESS, FILLERS, DEFICITS!!! THERE IS NO ROOM FOR DISCIPLINE AND GROWTH AND HEALTH!!

Passing on the left in traffic, on the sidewalk, airport, grocery store, running, biking, walking....THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR AGE, PRIVILEGE, CHILDREN, TITLE, ANIMALS.... NOTHING!!!

Every year we tell ourselves that we will make changes for the new year( RESOLUTIONS) which are total bullshit!! We need to be evaluating EVERY person, situation, habit, and environment in our life...NO MATTER HOW UNCOMFORTABLE IT IS!! IF WE REALLY WANT AND DESIRE CHANGE.... IT'S GOING TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE!!

This time of year brings a lot of joy, excitement, traditions and festivities!! It also comes with a lot of advertising, consumerism, pressure....which often leads to anxiety and depression!! Let's please take this in consideration and make the necessary adjustments for our own mental and physical health!!!

Have you ever noticed that those "FAVORS" often come with a higher return for those giving it..... conditions, higher profitable return, stipulations....ARE YOU AWARE THE FAVOR ISN'T FOR YOU??
