Most people go through life without ever discovering their purpose!! We have been redirected to work, pay bills, consume anything and everything besides....what we can give back, make a difference, impact others lives!!! Our purpose is NOT our jobs, families, anything Materialistically.....it is how can we impact other peoples lives....and it comes with a cost but then again.... everything does!!! WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO SACRIFICE!?

We are directed, persuaded, influenced, programmed early in life to pursue the path of least resistance!! NOT OUR PASSIONS, NOT OUR DREAMS, GOALS , AMBITIONS , PURPOSE.....BUT WHAT IS MORE REALISTIC, MOST LIKELY TO HAPPEN!! WE NEED TO CHANGE THIS WITH EVERY GENERATION AND IT STARTS WITH US!!

Are you a friend, family of convenience?? Do you accept these people?? Are you aware of these people, do you think they are aware of you?? YOUR RIDE OR DIE, BFF, ETC... ISN'T WHEN IT'S CONVENIENCE, WHEN IT'S COMFORTABLE, ONE SIDED.... IT'S QUITE THE OPPOSITE!!!

I have been paying attention my entire life!!! Every category, every person, every opportunity ( or not so much) from a child through middle age....I HAVEN'T MISSED ANY OF IT!! I'M STILL PAYING ATTENTION!!! I'LL GET AROUND TO YOU...NO WORRIES!!

So many people don't even realize nor understand that they over indulge, over compensate in multiple categories of life....when they are lacking and in life deficits!!!

ULTRA #7 ( SMALL ULTRAS) BUT MY FIRST EVER AT 50 MILES AT ONE TIME!! THE TAKEAWAYS, THE POSITIVES, NEGATIVE, THE LEARNING, THE MISTAKES....THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING!! CHOOSE YOUR HARD!!

EVERYTHING IS HARD...CHOOSE YOUR HARD!! RELATIONSHIPS, MONEY, FITNESS, NOT BEING FIT, WORKING, NOT WORKING, BEING LAZY, EATING GOOD/ BAD, FAMILY, CHILDREN, NO CHILDREN, LOSS, TRAGEDY, DEATH..... REGRET!!!

As I continue to push towards my goals, my mission, my limits with everything I do....as of now and going forward I'm in uncharted, inexperienced territory that I have yet to do my entire life!!! So each battle requires more sacrifices, suffering, setbacks, adjustments, trails, errors,failure....and more of myself in every aspect!! Breaking down barriers and pushing myself to new limits!!

We have created a society that not only accepts this but encourages this. Not keeping our word ( ON ANY LEVEL). NO ACCOUNTABILITY.... playing PRETEND ON SOCIAL MEDIA.... AND BEING REAL, AUTHENTIC, CHARACTER MATCHING WORDS IS ALMOST OFFENSIVE!!

We have been told our entire life "WATCH YOUR MOUTH/ LANGUAGE" but why?? If it's not in the direction and an INTENDED attack on someone specifically.... then what's the problem?? RELIGION, TRUTH, SELF REFLECTION....IT IS VERY MUCH A CONTROL MECHANISM, CENSORSHIP.... METHOD OF KEEPING US IN LINE!!
