No one gets to make fun of the Winchester brothers! (Except for us and the rest of the fandom.) Join Noah, Elayna and August, as well as guest hosts from Supernatural Opinions (KJ) and Raising Winchesters (Sarah) for a visit to some questionable heavens, as we talk about the parentification of Dean and how it started way too damn early.

This episode discusses Season 5, Episode 16: Dark Side of the Moon through the lens of Four of Blades card from the Supernatural tarot deck.

Well Cas sure is handy for moving the plot forward! Join August and returning guest host Renny, to talk about the Winchester's latest face-off with a Horsemen of the Apocalypse. We talk about how Team Free Will is forced to face their deep desires against Famine, how Dean has always helped fans with depression feel seen, and how curious we are to learn more about different angelic classes.

What's worse than watching your grandparents die in the past? Watching your dad's villain arc begin when you teach him his first sigil. It's another 70's time travel episode! In this one, Dean maybe ensures the Terminator movies exist, we confirm that John would indeed give in to an archangel, and we mourn the end of the road for Anna (but not before we get in a little pitch for a Mary/Anna gay-romance-that-begins-with-stabbing).

We're officially in the Team Free Will era, and the gang spends some time assigning roles to each other. Finally, we come back to a favourite theme of the Kripke era - free will - and discuss how Dean's determination to make his own choices has been an inspiration to us in our own lives.

This episode discusses Season 5, Episode 13: The Song Remains the Same through the lens of The Empress card from the Supernatural tarot deck.

Hunter's rule of the day? Always assume the monster has opposable thumbs. Join Sam (who we keep interrupting) Noah, and Elayna to discuss how every episode could be made better by Cas, how every episode is made worse because by the effects of John Winchester, and how the whole show could be summed up by the phrase, "and then they run".
