*Trigger Warning* - I am not a doctor, or mental health professional. This is simply MY story and how I came out of it. Their are NO deep dived details- just surface based to help others suffering relate and find hope.
On todays episode we END the series on " Childhood Trauma & Moving Forward"
We chat about what moving forward means, how we can start the process and why the saying " It's made you who you are" is the worst thing to say too someone who has gone through trauma.
There is one thing I ask from you….Share it with someone YOU KNOW is struggling and have them listen. I had NO ONE, I want to be someone’s SOMEONE in their corner.

Episode 65:
I placed this "look back on" episode here for a reason. Next week we will head into Childhood Trauma Part 3 in the series and I wanted to lead in with a refresher.
*Trigger Warning* - I am not a doctor, or mental health professional. This is simply MY story and how i came out of it. Their are NO deep dived details- just surface based to help others suffering relate and find hope.
On todays episode we continue the series on " Childhood Trauma & Breaking Generational Cycles" We chat about Beating the odds; as promised these will not be a weekly series. This is hard for me and will trigger listeners I'm sure, and that’s not what I want my platform always be about.
But, the series is here and there is one thing I ask from you….Share it with someone YOU KNOW is struggling and have them listen. I had NO ONE, I want to be someone’s SOMEONE in their corner.

Episode 63: We all have that something we want to do but we are scared. Scared of the unknown, scared of the judment from others and scared to fail. In my 29 years I have been humbled time and time again that gods plan is BIGGER than mine. We have to plant the seed and water it, put the effort in and let it take time to bloom.
Maybe it'll go the way you imagined, but maybe it wont and its for a reason. Just as it takes time for that seed to flourish, It's going to take the appropriate, set out time; for you to break through whatever it is that you have been holding back on. Gods plan is bigger than ours, trust it and come on in today and let's chat how you can let these thoughts go and bloom.
