What is your morning routine like? I find morning routines so important. Last year, while writing my book 100 Day Diet, I reflected on my morning routine. A good start to my day was critical for me to lose weight and have a supportive lifestyle to lose 30 pounds in 100 days.
🌅 The first thing I do is meditate. I start with a 5-minute meditation. A simple one is just breathing in and out, and on the out-breath repeating the phase "One".
🌅The next thing I do is a gratitude exercise. I spend 5 minutes thinking about all the things I am grateful for. Sometimes, I take out my Gratitude journal and record in my thoughts or read what I have previously written.
🌅Next, I say 5 minutes of prayer. I pray for the people in my life, co-workers, patients at my clinic, and sometimes worldly issues. I ask God to bless me and help me do the work He set out for me today.
🌅 Finally, I spend 5 minutes on Visualization. I visualize what I want to become, where I want to go with my life, and the circumstances surrounding that. If you are interested in a Morning Routine Masterclass, please PM me and I would be happy to host one.
