Surprising no one, golf courses remain racist, sexist, and overall just horribly hateful to any non-white, non-cisgendered, queer human hoping to hit the links. While some things have evolved, not all is fair in love and sports. Shaddowy golf brokers are out here stealing tee times! Comedian Zach Noe Towers joins us to talk about one of the most petty schemes to happen at a private club here in Los Angeles. Plus, we take a call from a member of the con-gregation who just barely survives a phone scam.

The iconic stand-up comedian Ms. Pat makes her debut on Scam Goddess. Laci tries to gently break the news that the D.A.R.E. program was designed by the same man who was in charge when Rodney King was beaten by the police and who invented SWAT. Ms. Pat discusses sharing a Sears credit card, past scheming, and Smokey the Bear.

Juruys still out, but comedian and voice of comedy central, David Gborie is here to help Laci get to the bottom of this scam. BookTok used to be the place where readers went to argue about their favorite authors, ship the gays, and learn which creatures their friends were sexually attracted to, and now, like all good things, it's being used to scam. Writer and comedian Ashley Ray joins Laci to discuss the Fyre Fest of book link-ups. A shared cabin, no food, in the middle of the wilderness could be a good time if properly funded; instead, it left a pack of women and one very nice male author hungry and feeling ripped off. Will there be justice or a second round of schemes?

Kerry Coddett, actress and comedian known for her work in Flatbush Misdemeanors, Ramy, Crashing, and The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, joins Laci for one of the most colorful scams we've ever covered. In Astoria, Queens, one couple scammed multiple members of their immigrant community with one of the ugliest houses ever seen on Zillow.  Multiple fronts, including a fashion house, delayed justice, but as with most scams, greed eventually caught up with the perpetrators.
