Jesus was born in a Manger because his parents couldn't get a room at the hotel. Conrad Hilton is a famous entrepreneur, but he was a hotelier and started the Hilton Hotel chain. There have been plumbers for hundreds of years, all businesses are copies of something as long as you don't steal copyrights. Trademarks are patents, there is nothing wrong morally by any standard of copying, a business that you see.

I was in London for Christmas once and their Christmas trees, there were much, much smaller and I was inspired by that and said, where else could they use small Christmas trees? Another Island Nation in Japan. And so I started a company exporting Southern Fraser fur Christmas trees, that were really short about three feet tall to Japan so they could sit on tabletops. I was inspired by traveling overseas.

If you want to become a great basketball player, you practice basketball. If you want to learn French, you take lessons and practice. If you want to become an entrepreneur you need to start devoting time to it now. Even if you don't own a business, stop watching sports center or the real housewives and spend time studying entrepreneurship. Look at entrepreneurship magazines. Listen to podcasts. Learn how others are out there doing it. And eventually you'll say, I could be that guy, I could copy that idea.

If you want to start a business and are looking for an idea, the best place to look is at your existing job. Could you do your job better than your boss? Better than the guy who runs the place? Do it then start a business, compete with him. The best place to look is where you work.

Last week, we talked about a new way to look at entrepreneurship. I propose that anyone can be a successful small business owner, because entrepreneurship is not about creativity risk or passion. One of the most controversial aspects of that statement, is that entrepreneurship is not based on creativity. That's the exact opposite of what everyone else in the media will tell you.

The best data from the London School of Economics shows that 93 percent of businesses are copies of existing businesses. That's right. Creativity. Really means looking around and copying what someone else is doing and doing it better.

When you look at entrepreneurship in this new way, you realize that anyone can be a successful entrepreneur. Maybe not a hundred millionaire but almost anyone can start a business that makes a hundred thousand dollars a year. I'll continue to show you how.

Everyone says, you have to have huge passion for your product. I don't agree. I think that passion for being an entrepreneur is enough. I love what I do and that gets me up in the morning, not the product that I sell.

A large percent of the people inherited their wealth, then there were a lot of doctors and lawyers and some inventors and celebrities and things like that.
