All Right! Here we go. He predicts that harmless nano scale. Electrodes inserted into the brain through the bloodstream will allow our brains to be upgraded so that we actually feel every thought in entertainment, meaning that you can go to a movie and feel what the characters are thinking. When they're not talking, just from the AI, I dont really understand it, but he says, it'll be amazing and we'll be able to process millions of times faster. I'm all in for that.

Kurzweil 4th prediction is that life is about to get cheaper, easier and better for all of us in the near future. I like that! He says that new technology including 3D printing of Skyscrapers Robots that do dangerous, underground, mining and incredible breakthroughs in solar power will make things that seem luxurious today available almost to everyone. I'm all for this.

Our 3rd prediction this week is that by 2030, Humans will begin to achieve immortality, Kurzweil says that we will soon reach escape velocity for immortality with huge advances using AI by biological simulators to create new drugs in weeks instead of years. He predicts that we will be able to in essence back up ourselves using technology and AI. Hey guys! better get a new hard drive.

Kurzweil's 2nd Prediction is that human intelligence is about to explode. he says, we are entering the fifth epoch of intelligence when men will merge with machines. He cites the example of Elon Musk's neuralink company, which he says is leading the race right now. Rather than AI becoming a competitor. Kurzweil says, it will become an extension of ourselves with the upper rages of our neocortices attached directly to the cloud. 

Ray Kurzweil is the principal researcher and AI Visionary at Google. You don't get more impressive than that job title. He just released a new book called, "The singularity is Near". When we merge with AI, in the book, there are five incredible predictions about the near future. I will share those five prediction with you this week. Starting with number one.

Prediction #1: By the 2040s, we will be able to copy a human body with DNA. Kurzweil predicts, we will be able to grow a new body, a shell for the artificial intelligence. That mimics the real person, Kurzweil has already created an AI platform that replicates  his father. He loaded all his father's letters, books, and musical compositions into the AI and he says, it's exactly talking to his father who's been dead for decades

A little bit of planning goes a long way. Use Sunday to plan the week. Decide what you're going to do each day of the week. Use the first 10 minutes of every morning to decide what critical task need to be done that day. What task need to be done later a little time planning helps a lot. 

Turn the notifications off just because someone wants your attention right now doesn't mean you have to give it to them, bundle all of your email and text and do them all at the same time, once a day. That's all that you have to do. You don't have to do email tree times a day. The people you are responding to don't deserve that level of attention, do it once a day, put it away and then move on.

One way to manage your time and increase your productivity is to have daily themes. Spend the entire day doing one task and then don't do it again for a couple of Weeks. Jack Dorsey at twitter was famous for doing this, that's how he was able to run two companies. At the same time, I do this myself, I bundle interview in one day, it makes me a lot more efficient.

Scheduling is that the core of successful time management, you need a calendar system and I highly suggest that you use color codes to block off segments for each task. For example, I use blue for meetings, green for phone calls, yellow for production time and red for doctors visits. Good scheduling will make you more productive and make your life much happier and less stressful.

This week I want to talk about time management skills to be successful. One of the most important abilities is to manage time. Effectively data shows that most Americans feel overwhelmed and feel like they can never get everything done in just a second. I'll give you my first tip on more effective time management. 

Mark Twain said if you have to eat a frog, eat it early in the morning, if you have to eat two frogs, eat the big one. First he's on to something when it comes to time management, focus on the most critical things first. It's so tempting to do email and social media, but that is often a distraction from the important proposal that needs to be written. Do the most critical item, first thing in the morning and the rest of the day will be downhill.
