Datadog (DDOG) will join the S&P 500 (SPX) later this month, replacing Juniper Networks following its tie-up with HP Enterprise (HPE). Kevin Horner examines the chart layout for DDOG, keying in on $127-$128 for the 20-day moving average level to watch today but adds that a $10 move might be in the cards based off of the news. Kevin adds that $137 was acting as resistance, but now could be a level of support.

Ed Butowsky was "surprised" that Tesla's (TSLA) vehicle deliveries came in at just above 384,000 for the quarter. He expected a "disaster" print despite sales already showing a 10% year-over-year decline. Ed believes valuations need to sharply decelerate or Tesla needs to find a way to swiftly drive up profits, even with expectations of a Model Y uptrend in the current quarter. He sees A.I. as a supplement for Tesla, not as a primary driver for the company.

Dryden Pence discusses the energy landscape ahead of the 4th of July holiday weekend. With tensions in the Middle East easing and OPEC's spare capacity at 5 million barrels a day, Pence believes the risk premium on crude oil has been largely priced in. While he expects a short-term demand spike due to increased travel, Pence doesn't see any major supply disruptions on the horizon. From a sector standpoint, he favors integrated energy companies like ExxonMobil (XOM) and Chevron (CVX), citing their diversified business models, strong downstream margins, and attractive dividend yields.
