In his latest role on “Doc,” (Tuesdays at 9/8c on Fox, streaming the next day on Hulu) Scott Wolf plays Dr. Richard Miller, an accidental villain determined to cover up a lethal medical mistake and pin it on his colleague who has partially lost her memory in a near-fatal car crash. Scott talks to me about playing a bad guy despite his “nice guy vibe,” reminisces about the more-than-30-years since “Party of Five” launched his career (he was 26 playing 16!), describes what it’s like being a veteran actor among a cast of newcomers on “Doc,” and jokes about the high degree of humility necessary in raising three children.
