This sleep story is called "Teal Waters of a Highland Beach". Enjoy this original, Scottish sleep story / meditation and enter a world of relaxing calm courtesy of Scotland's natural, musical sounds of the wilderness, to help you into a deep sleep.
This story is based around one of my favourite places I've been to on this planet (no favouritism or exaggeration, promise...). It is a stunning location: You are on a long, hot walk to the Point of Sleat on the Isle of Skye. As you near the destination, you clap eyes on a golden, sandy beach. The overwhelming urge to swim takes hold of you, so on you go - tearing off your clothes as you run. Post-swim, you let the sounds of the gentle, lapping waves ease you into a snooze beneath the warm sunshine.
Make yourself comfortable and relax to this soothing tale.
