The MLB draft is an inexact science. Players are drafted and given millions of dollars and sometime never make it to the big leagues. Then you have guys who were never supposed to sniff the show become All-Stars. Mark Conner's job entails him traveling all over the country trying to find a "diamond in the rough". He is the man who makes the final call if a player gets drafted on draft day. In this episode he details exactly what he's looking for when he's scouting a player.
