Zoe: I didn’t really suffer from insomnia in University but am starting to now that I have started work. Maybe this is adulting! But I think drinking too many cups of tea during the day is the ultimate culprit of my sleepless nights! What about y’all? Let us know in the comment section below!
Kingsley: We recorded this podcast in August, exactly a month before I started working. I thought that a regular daily routine would've saved my from those sleepless night, but it just works the other way round T_T AHAHAH But anyway, I still need to try to relax and sleep earlier!
