"Don't you feel bad tracking people just to how them ads on Facebook?" This is what my client asked me, and it gave me pause for an entire second. The answer is in this video, and it might surprise you. As always, if you need anything, reach out: minyona.com/help
There’s one principle that—if you abide by it—ensures that the content you post for your small business will reach as many people as possible, and have the biggest impact.

For small businesses that rely on leads, having the systems in place to generate them reliably is a must.
Without those systems, businesses often eventually fail, and they definitely can't scale and grow.
But when you start generating leads, you run into another challenge:
Closing them.
Sure, you will close some of them. It's a numbers game.
But imagine how awesome it would be if you could close twice as many.
You wouldn't need to spend any more money on additional leads. Instead you'd simply get more from the leads you're already generating.
How is this accomplished?
One word:
Automation.
Digital marketing is amazing, and not just for generating leads. But also for nurturing them and automating processes for turning them into paying clients.
If you're working with a marketing company who generates leads but doesn't help you implement systems to turn them into paying clients, you aren't getting the service you deserve.

If you have someone running Google or Facebook ads for you, and they never show you the actual invoices from Google or Facebook, you need to hire someone else.
I was just on the phone with someone who is unhappy with his current digital marketing guy. He told me that he pays him one lump sum of money per month, and the guy runs Google ads for him.
The problem is that he doesn’t know for sure how much is being spent on ads and how much is simply lining the digital marketing guy’s pockets.
This is actually a really common thing, and as a small business owner, you should not tolerate it.
Watch this video and see if this is something you can relate to.
If it is, get in touch with me so I can help you out.
You should know where every dollar of yours is going. It’s too important not to.

I got an email from a multimillionaire. It had typos. What can us small biz owners learn from that? Answers in this episode.
This podcast is SO IMPORTANT if you’re a business who experiences this:
You get a form submission on your website, but when you call them back they don’t answer. And when you send them an email they don’t reply.
Why does that happen?

How do you get them to answer their phone and reply to your email?

This guy was PISSED...
He'd already hired and fired two marketing companies.
Why?
Because after months of working together, neither of them were able to actually tell him how many—if any—leads he'd gotten.
The crazy thing is that this is not uncommon.
In fact, it's the norm...
Most marketing companies do not set up the tracking necessary to tell you, the business owner, how many phone calls a particular ad generated, or how many form submissions a particular ad generated.
And not only is it annoying for you, the business owner, but it's even worse than you think.
Simply put:
If they aren't tracking conversions (leads), there's literally no way they could actually be doing any meaningful work for you.
After all, if they don't know what's working and what's not working, how could they possibly be "optimizing" your account.
Total BS.
So, if you're working with a marketing company and you feel like you don't know what you're spending your money on, you're likely right for wondering that.
And it's sad to say, but you're probably wasting your money.

Think about it...
If I asked you to name some of her current clients who you LOVE doing work for, I bet you could do it.
And I bet you wish you had more of those perfect clients—the ones who are just a dream to do work for.
If only you could find people EXACTLY like them to introduce your business to...
Well, you actually can do just that using something called Facebook Lookalike Audiences.
In this episode, I go over what Facebook Lookalike Audiences are. Not only do I read directly from the Facebook for Business website and explain what we're reading, but I even give a peek behind the curtain at a current client's Facebook ads account so you can see the custom audiences I've created thus far, including the lookalike audiences.
If you're listening to this as a podcast, it's still super valuable, even though you can't see what I'm showing on video. But if you want to watch the video, head over to the minyona YouTube channel, or Minyona Facebook page.
Or you can also find all of these videos on the blog on minyona.com.

Are you a small business owner wondering how to get more leads and customers using digital marketing?
If you are, you've probably heard about blogging.
Maybe you took a meeting or two with a couple of marketing companies and they've asked if you're blogging at all.
Maybe they've suggested that they blog for you to "capture keywords."
It sounds pretty cool...
But does it actually do anything?
43 people on Facebook saw that post.
Have you gotten ANY new customers from that?
Probably not.
In this episode, I answer all of those questions, plus a lot more, like how to actually get more customers, which is all the matters.

In this podcast episode, I explain exactly how we took this mortgage company from zero online presence and zero internet leads to an amazing online presence with leads coming in every single day.
Not only that, but we report to them, down to the dollar, how much it costs them to get each lead.
And that's really important, because if you don't know how much it costs to get a lead, how could you possibly know where to spend your money?
Super important stuff in this episode, so definitely watch until the end.
