Charlie Cox can be seen this April 10, 2015 as the title character of Marvel's Daredevil for Netflix. Daredevil is a 13 episode show that starts a 60 episode arc crossing over some of Marvel's more street level heroes. Daredevil is a blind super heroe with special abilities. Charlie was also on Boardwalk Empire for 2 seasons, in the Oscar nominated The Theory of Everything, he has worked with Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Michelle Pfeiffer, Clare Danes, Ricky Gervais, Steve Buscemi, Kelly MacDonald, we talk about his start in acting at boarding school, his terrible singing, whether or not he is from distinguished lineage, his audition process for getting on Daredevil. I bring in my girlfriend, Deborah Ann Woll, who plays Karen Page in Daredevil and they both talk about working on the show and with each other. Jason Chin wasnt very well known outside of the Chicago comedy scene but he meant a lot to the hundreds or thousands of lives he touched. Jason passed away at the age of 46 on January 8, 2015. Jason was a teacher, an improvisor, a director, a friend, a son and a brother. I bring in some Chicago improvisors that knew Jason to talk about some of their memories of him. Craig Cacowski, Joe Canale, Tim Baltz join me in the kitchen to remember a great man and a great nerd. We talk about his appearance on an early Cosby SHow episode, his start at iO in Chicago, his controversy with Star Wars, how he was an improvisor and director, we also talk about improv guru Del Close and what the connection between them and much more. I didnt know Jason very well. But I knew him and liked him very much. He was always good to me and kind and supportive. Rest in Peace, Jason. You are missed. Joel Murray has developed a nice resume over the years in film and television. Racking up credits on Mad Men, Shameless, Dharma and Greg, One Crazy Summer, The Artist and many more. He also happens to be the little brother of comedy legend Bill Murray. We talk about his family, parents, brothers, sisters (one has polio andother is a nun), his father passing awauy when Joel was only 5 years old, growing up in a full house, growing up in Chicago area, getting into actiing and comedy, following the footsteps of his older brothers, meeting the Grateful Dead, Joel does a dead on Dan Akroyd impression, talks about hanging out with Chris Farley, being directed under Del Close, performing at The Second City Mainstage, opening a restaurant called Caddyshacks in Florida and possibly soon another locale, what advice Bill Murray gave him when Joel started acting, meeting his wife of 26 years, having 4 kids, what he told SNL when they were showing intertest in having him as a cast member, golf, John Belushi, Bobcat Goldthwaite, Jay Leggett, Dave Pasquesi and so much more!!!

Janina Gavankar did two podcasts with me that nobody has ever heard due to my only two major technical issues doing all these podcasts. There are only 2 podcasts that I have been unable to make public and she is the guest for both of them. She was kind enough to come back for a third time and Im happy to report there were no issues. AJ Tesler is a guy I know from the improv world. We were at Improv Olympic at the same time in the mid 2000's. Now AJ is married and has a little girl with Rett Syndrome. RS is a regressing neurological disorder occurring exclusively in young females. AJ came to my house before the holidays and talked with me about Rett Syndrome and what a parent and a child goes through when they find out. We also talk about his proactive way of coping. He has made a video with his wife and daughter and is looking for people to take a closer look at Rett and to donate. I have started a fundraising page for Rett Syndrome in hopes of raising $100,000 is the next two years. We talk to AJ's daughters doctor, Dr Jeffrey Neul via phone. He talks about the effects and the research being done.

We work in some lighter moments here and there. We talk about the good old days of our improv careers and how he met his wife through comedy.

Jordan Klepper and I met some years back in Chicago. I knew him as a hilarious improvisor. Now hes a hilarious on air correspondant for The Daily Show on Comedy Central with Jon Stewart. Susan Messing is a woman I only heard about for years while I was hanging out in the Los Angeles improv scene. Shes a Chicago Improv Rock Star and when I moved to Chicago in 2008-2011, I got to have her as a teacher and even got to perfrom with her a couple of times. Opus Moreschi is a multi Emmy Award winning writer for The Colbert Report. Denis O'Hare became a beloved villain on HBO's True Blood a few years ago. Since then he has been nominated for an Emmy for American Horror Story, married long time boyfriend, adopted a baby with his husband, and keeps working on multiple projects including his one man show that he toured the word with. We talk about all of this plus winning a Tony Award, being an alcoholic and how he got sober, losing his sister to suicide, losing a boyfriend to AIDS, his views on religion, teavching his son French, his family, the charities he supports, and half way through his 3 year old son decides to join us and mix things up.
