Once again a podcast in two parts:

0-26 minutes are spoiler free. In this section we discuss the premise of the show The Walking Dead as well as some of the main characters. Matt and I assess how useful each of us would be in a zombie apocalypse and what our plans for survival would be. Matt also decides to keep me away from his future wife. As well as providing our verdict on the show we offer a competition to WIN A COLLECTION OF THE WALKING DEAD COMICS.

26-55 minutes contain SPOILERS as we talk about the various plot developments throughout the show. We review both seasons one and two and also discuss some of our hopes and expectations for season three.

This week Matt and Jonathan return to their ranking roots with a discussion of the greatest sitcom characters of the past twenty years. See which characters from your favourite shows made the list. Some of the debates on the podcast include, who was the better Office boss: David Brent or Michael Scott? Who did a better job of playing Larry David: Larry David or George Costanza? Which MILF should make it highest up the list? In the end we settle on a rank and declare someone to be the best sitcom character of the past twenty years. Let us know your opinions on the positions and who else you think could have been included.

This week Jonathan and Matt delve into the hand-held super power hit 'Chronicle'. They discuss what they would do if they had the super powers leading to a intense debate on the merits of flying. Also adressed is whether it's too scary to take young kids to. Then they give their verdict for the film.

In the Housekeeping segment, Matt and Jonathan give their feedback on the Oscars (including the results of their Oscar Moneyball competition) and they might try to break up a relationship.

Part One (0-26 minutes) is spoiler free. In this part Matt and Jonathan discuss the premise of the show and what they think of the lead characters, Carrie and Brody. They also talk about sexy sex, what length hair Matt prefers on girls and whether Jonathan enjoyed the jazz music in the show. Lastly they finish with their Screen Verdict rating for the season out of 10.

Part Two (26-50 minutes) contains SPOILERS. Topics in this part include the key plot developments of the season and the potential for season two. Matt and Jonathan also provide some sex advice and find themselves in hot water while discussing the minefields of terrorism and underage girls. The podcast concludes with a shout out to our international listeners and Matt shares some interesting feedback on his Descendants spoof video.

For the first time Screen Verdict returns to one of their favourite shows as Matt and Jonathan compare their thoughts and opinions on 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' Season 7 to their hopes and expectations in their preview podcast.

They take a look at the adventures of Fat Mac, Frank's obsession with hookers, Charlie's foray into boiled denim, Dennis' narcissism and Dee scamming the government. Matt and Jonathan also pick their favourite and least favourite episodes of the season and provide their Screen Verdict rating.

Lastly in everyone's favourite segment, Housekeeping, Screen Verdict reignite their rivalry with the Dad's Army podcast and Matt discusses whether certain actions of his this week are socially unacceptable.

In this week's Screen Verdict episode Matt and Jonathan are joined by special guest Tom O'Neil from goldderby.com who literally wrote the book on the Oscars.

They discuss the Academy Award nominees for Lead Actor and Actress as well as Best Picture and Best Director. For each they share their thoughts on who was snubbed, who is their favourite and who is most likely to win on the day.

Tom shares his criteria for a good sappy movie, Jonathan attempts to explain the inexplicable in The Tree of Life and Matt argues why George Clooney does more than play George Clooney.

They also take sides on industry disputes including potential hosts Eddie Murphy and Billy Crystal along with the feud between Daniel Radcliffe and Martin Scorcese.

Jonathan and Matt look at 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' films and decide if the Swedish or American version is better; settling one of the fiercest international rivalries in history. In this week's Screen Verdict film review Matt and Jonathan discuss the new Martin Scorcese film, Hugo. They look at the story of a boy who works in a clock tower, trying to repair a mysterious mechanical robot, which features the actors Asa Butterfield, Chloe Grace Moretz, Ben Kingsley and Sacha Baron Cohen.

The podcast includes a surprise phone call, the 3D debate, why no one in France seems to speak French and a comparison of Hugo to previous Scorcese films. It concludes with a Screen Verdict rating and an update on our Moneyball actor game for the Oscars.

This week Matt and Jonathan review the new Muppets movie after a 12 year hiatus. Long time Muppets fan Matt is keen to see the old gang again whereas this is Jonathan's introduction to the series.

Topics include picking favourite and least favourite characters from the Muppet cast as well as rating the new characters in the film, Gary and Walter. Also discussed is Matt's potential crush on actress Amy Adams and why Jonathan felt embarrassed for Chris Cooper.

In an unprecedented Screen Verdict event Jonathan reveals why this week he's angry with Matt before they compare the new Muppets movie to previous films and provide a Screen Verdict rating.

Jonathan and Matt look at the TV show 'Community'. They run through all the characters in the show, including fan favorites Troy and Abed. They decide if Britta is funny or hot enough to be in the show and become divided over what Annie brings to the show. Then they have a look at the latest season that has been shelved by NBC due to poor ratings. They give the season a verdict and discuss whether the show is worth bringing back.

There's also some exciting news for Android users and Matt gives some resolution to his txt messaging drama from the last episode.
