Amanda Hill a best seller author, teacher, and mother shared her life experience on how she was previously in a victim mindset and blamed the people around her and her environment than taking responsibility for being unhappy in life. She realized that she is in complete control of all the decisions she makes in her life and the way she chooses to live. She CHOSE herself and by listening to this episode you will know how to choose YOU.

Hello everyone! This is a solo episode where I shared my journey with the podcast and why I started Screw the Stigma. I wanted to have this conversation because I want you to know my story and why the mission of breaking societal stigmas is so important to me. This episode is not heavily edited because I wanted it to be authentic and not scripted. Episodes will return to the usual style from next week Monday onwards.
I want to hear from you!

Natsune and I had a great conversation about different perspectives of the Japanese and the Western culture. We also dove into the details of changing the way we look at things so we can stop blaming our environment and other circumstances and make our first move to success. Can't stop procrastinating to start new projects or make the first move? This episode will definitely give you the push you need.
PS: In the episode when I say "they" or "people" I am including myself.
