Sirima has been writing proposals for nine years, starting her proposal journey in the Middle East and continuing it in Canada. She has developed a robust experience to write quality proposals in different business sectors including oil and gas EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), oil and gas distribution and Federal Government contracting. She started her career in the Information Technology (IT) Industry and has also lived and worked in the US for close to two years. Having started from scratch in four different countries, she embraces challenges and thrives on learning. Sirima was the past Memberships Director with the APMP Maple leaf chapter and is foundation certified. She presently lives in Calgary with her husband and is grateful to be living in proximity to the Canadian Rockies.

Sarah Miranda, CF – APMP and Lean 6-Sigma Green Belt, is an Analyst on the Proposal Operations team with Maximus, where she compiles, analyzes, and distributes information to ensure proposal submission compliance to the highest ethical standard.
Sarah recently celebrated her one-year anniversary of being an active member of APMP by passing the APMP Foundation’s level certification. As a lover of community, she decided to volunteer her proficiencies to her local chapter. With more than 3 years of special events experience, she currently serves as one of two Event Chairs for APMP NCA where she plans to create innovative and engaging opportunities for members to network, share, and learn.
Sarah also is a Communications and Social Media Intern with the National Association of Secretaries of State where she assists in both marketing campaign creation and bi-annual conference planning activities. In her free time, Sarah is a fitness instructor, youth group leader, and advocate for the importance of mental health practices in all walks of life – both personal and professional.

Bill is the Chief Strategy Officer at Hinz Consulting, responsible for designing and building long-term strategic partnerships with clients and vendors across the industry. He is a highly qualified BD Strategist, Proposal Manager, Technical/Management Volume Lead, and Proposal Writer who has worked on dozens of projects worth between $100M and $14B single awards. Since 2008, Bill personally has personally helped clients win more than $4B in new business, specializing in unseating incumbents. He has supported numerous Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence agencies, including Army, Navy, DHS, Labor, USAF, USCG, and DISA. His experience also includes serving as a Vice President at AOC Key Solutions and as a Business Development Manager for OST Global Solutions, both proposal consulting firms in the US Federal marketplace.
Bill is an expert technical writer and strategist who has supported Federal, State, and local Government IT, Engineering, Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) and Outsourcing proposals for clients such as BAE, CACI, CSC, KBR, Northrop Grumman, and SRA International. His strengths include motivating those around him and integrating the approved win strategy throughout the proposal. Bill is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a BA in Sociology and minor in Philosophy.
Bill is a member of the Entrepreneurial Advisory Board (EAB), a group of local Northern Virginia corporate leaders who meet to discuss the challenges that C-Level executives face and provide advice to one another on how to overcome those challenges.
Bill is a classically trained Jazz pianist and a competitive billiards player, considered turning professional ~2012. Bill is also a degenerate computer gamer and use the hobby to keep in touch with old friends. Apart from these, he is an avid science fiction and fantasy reader and a huge sports fan, especially baseball (closely follow the Nationals) and American football (beaten down fan of the Washington Commanders). Bill loves outdoor activities, including fishing, skiing, and golf – typically summer sports with his mom (“GMa”) and winter sports with his father Pete (“Gramps”).

Amy Singer is a passionate proposal professional with more than 20 years’ direct proposal/bid management and leadership experience. She is often referred to as “a force”, as she is known for her persistence and getting things done.
Amy began her proposal career under the guidance of Kelli MacMillan (formerly Stevenson), an APMP Fellow, at Experian. She worked many years as a strategic proposal leader, winning the majority of the states’ and regional P25-related contracts following 9/11. Amy was then recruited by Hitachi Data Systems (now Hitachi Vantara) to develop and implement true industry standard and best management bid management capabilities for the global organization. She managed the global implementation of Qorus Breeze and later the upgrade to Qorus 365 before moving to T-Systems North America to support their strategic bid operations. Following TSNA’s close in North America, Amy joined The HCI Group, a Tech Mahindra company, where she is currently the global bid director for The HCI Group and TechM’s provider and payer healthcare business.

Richard Goodwin is the MD of JGA Group, the UK-based organization which provides innovative apprenticeships focused on A] sales, marketing and communications and B] civil service professions. He joined the company in 1993 as a non-executive director and worked up his way up to become the Managing Director of the organization in 2014. Richard also holds the role of Managing Director at Progress Minded, the EPAO specializing in digital and careers/employability related apprenticeships. Richard is also a Fellow of Association of Professional Sales and is an active member of APMP UK.
Richard holds a degree in Economics and International Studies from University of Warwick and later took his MBA from the Warwick Business School. He also gives back to the society by volunteering as a Speaker on Leadership to Scholarship Students at the University of Warwick.

Louise Dentice is Head of Bids and Proposals at chapmanbdsp and is also the Research and Resources Lead on the Women in Bids and Proposals (WIBAP) committee. An APMP Global Top 40 award recipient, Louise holds APMP practitioner certification and APM (project management certification), in addition to business, marketing and design tertiary qualifications.
Louise has been working in dedicated bids and proposals positions for 11 years, with a further ten years in marketing positions prior to that. Her bid track record has been gained in the built environment sector, working with project management, contractor and engineering firms. Projects secured include international, large scale, high profile developments, through to niche, boutique schemes across the spectrum of client sectors.
Louise is from Aotearoa, New Zealand and has been based in London for nearly 12 years. Alongside her bid career, Louise is a sculptor, regularly exhibiting internationally, with a recent exhibition in Tokyo, Japan and an upcoming show in Birmingham, UK.

Pippa set up Pipster Solutions in 2012, with the aim of providing a simple, effective bid writing service. It has become much more than that; a successful, sustainable business with over 30 clients winning the work they need to keep their own businesses running. over the last 5 years, Pipster’s services have evolved. Today Pipster is a team of 7 in 15 months, still providing quality writing, but also bid management and coaching.
