San Diego Unified Administrators say their community is traumatized after federal immigration agents detained a parent near an elementary school. San Diego County's unemployment rate jumped to 5.2% in July, up from 4.9% in June. It's going to be a loud few weeks for people in a Bay Park neighborhood as they deal with overnight construction.
