San Diego Police are looking for a man they say slashed a sleeping passenger on an MTS trolley on the Nobel Drive trolley line between La Jolla and University City on Sunday evening. The U.S. News and World Report ranks San Diego as the most expensive place to live in the country. The San Diego Padres may be on the hunt for a new skipper, with a familiar face potentially emerging as the lead candidate for the job.
