He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1999, and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the R.H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. A fixture on the Navy basketball teams of the late 90’s, Jeremy saw action in the last game Navy appeared in the NCAA tournament vs UNC in 1998.
