chocolate en rama: a type of chocolate originated in Bariloche, thanks to an accident involving Italian chocolatier Aldo Fenoglio in the late 1940s. The story goes that he spilled hot chocolate on a cold marble table; when he tried to remove it with a spatula, the chocolate wrinkled and formed the characteristic “branch” texture
