Kathleen is a research & insights leader with 15+ years' experience in digital product development. She enjoys building research capacity from scratch and has led teams of researchers, designers and product managers on their journey towards working insight-informed. 

She is originally from the Netherlands but has lived in South Korea, Australia, Sweden and is currently residing in France. Working across boundaries of cultures and disciplines has shown her how to work with international product development in the best possible way. Kathleen is a known advocate for research democratization and uses this as one of many tools for creating an insights culture. She will share experiences from all her years of experimenting with different ways to engage people with research & insights.
