The Jesus I follow today is not the same Jesus I thought I knew when I was growing up. Digging into the Gospels as an adult with experience in different contexts and circumstances changed what I thought about Jesus, and it made him more beautiful to me than ever.

Following Jesus is the one thing I'll not stop doing, because he's worth following. But he's also surprising. This season I'm digging into a few things that surprised me when I took a look back on Jesus of Scripture as an adult. He didn't change, but the things I see in him certainly did.
