Finally, new information to share about Sebastian Rogers' disappearance on Monday, February 26th of 2024. I will be talking about the new revelation from Seth Rogers' spokesperson/PR person, Tony Mathis, that there were five Department of Children's Services (DCS) reports made for the Chris and Katie Proudfoot home, starting in 2022.
Mathis turned up on a live on the Mr. E's Crimecast YouTube Channel the other night, and he shared more information about these alleged five DCS reports. Mathis also talked about when exactly Chris Proudfoot (and possibly Katie too) began asking Seth to take on full-time care (except for every other weekend) of Sebastian.
