I'm Claudia Romo Edelman, and with Cynthia Kleinbaum Milner, we are committed to getting more Latinas to the C-Suite of Corporate America. We are on a mission to enable the next generation of Latina professionals to get to the top in half the time. 

Through engaging interviews with the most accomplished Latina Executives, we challenge stereotypes, break barriers, and create a more inclusive world where Latina women can thrive. And our goal is not only to inspire but also to provide tangible tools and the playbook to succeed in the corporate world.
