Patriarchal, colonial and capitalist conditioning makes it hard for women to feel an innate sense of self-acceptance.

We speak with Linh Phan, founder of Bona Fide Life Coaching and Body Acceptance Coach to unpack why. Growing up as an immigrant in a small town in Canada, Linh experienced multiple layers of “not enoughness,” of wanting to change everything about herself in order to fit in. She's now on a mission to help others liberate themselves from societal expectations and body shame so that they can focus on their purpose, create a life of intention, and be their most unapologetic - and bad-ass! - selves.
