    • On the road to success, Rob thinks that we all need to be like diamonds and pursue the right amount of pressure and heat by constantly challenging ourselves.
    • Rob also has salient advice for women entrepreneurs, which includes strong social connections.
    • Rob is certain that to achieve success, we need to be intentionally flying our own FLAG. He explains what each letter in the word flag stands for foundational values, likes, aspirations, and growth as human beings.

Gloria grew up in Sacramento within driving distance of the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains. A strong advocate for finding a cure for childhood cancer, Gloria wrote Amber’s Way, a triumphant YA novel about love, courage, and hope in the face of impossible odds.
