    Season 2, Episode 87

Join your hosts Carmen and Sophia Micsa to learn from our guest Leigh Woolard why progress is better than perfection and how we can reprogram our minds toward success.

Leigh Woolard lives in the UK and has been a business owner since 2006 working with global brands, entrepreneurs, and business owners to help them transform their businesses online and themselves as individuals. His personal journey fuels his passion for helping entrepreneurs and business owners. Overcoming bone cancer taught Leigh the power of what his thoughts were creating in the outside world. • Looking Inwards with Constantin Morun, a Romanian American Living in Canada

    Season 2, Episode 83

Join your hosts Carmen and Sophia Micsa to learn from our guest
Constantin Morun how to deepen our relationship with ourselves by looking inwards.

Constantin is a passionate advocate of personal growth, self-discovery, and professional development with over 15 years of experience. Through his journey from a fear-ridden man hiding his authentic self to embracing vulnerability and authenticity, Constantin demonstrates that self-discovery can unlock the keys to personal and professional success.

As a Holistic Life Empowerment Mentor & Coach, he inspires and empowers individuals on their unique journeys towards growth and self-discovery through both his professional and personal life, as well as his podcast, Unleash Thyself. Integrating his passion for technology, spirituality, and mentorship, Constantin helps individuals unlock their full potential, fostering a positive impact on the world around them.

    On this Seeds of Sunshine:

    • Overcoming a fixed mindset that Constantin grew up with during communism just like myself, which is this idea that you don't necessarily learn from your mistakes. Now, Constantin adopts a growth mindset.
    • Constantin talks about the difference between being resilient on the outside vs. true inner resilience.
    • Working for Microsoft, Constantin found a way to merge technology with being present and mindful.
